I need Model Maker that is free that doesn't need any register with payment if it legal to and if its available

    Your best bet would be Blender. It's a free, open-source 3D-modelling software. It's not anywhere near as good as the expensive ones (if you're a student, by the way, you can get free Autodesk products, including 3DS Max and Maya for absolutely free, legally), but it's the most used free program out there.

    Yep, just like the guy above me said, Blender is free. I had 3dsMax that I got with my school email for free but never used it lol. And then you could always toy around with Google SketchUp but I don't know how easy it will be to port those models over to any of the other modelling programs.

    You could also use GMax, an old but free version of 3ds max focused only on model making, it doesn't include a renderer though.
